Engineering Easy Solutions to Your Most Complex Electronics and Software Problems

Founder and CEO
Bhopi Dhall, as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cyber Group, Inc. USA, is a respected and well-known technology leader in the high tech industry with more than 30 years of industry experience, including working at Texas Instruments (TI). His experience in successfully leading high tech product engineering efforts coupled with his understanding of the technology marketplace enable him to guide Cyber Group Inc. as the company provides engineering solutions for a range of companies in an array of industries.
Bhopi founded Cyber Group Inc. in 1998 to provide comprehensive engineering services, including design, development, implementation and integration for software and electronic products.
Bhopi honed his engineering and management skills at TI, where he managed large teams which engineered secure communications, GPS and multi-sensor weapon systems for the Department of Defense, as well as DLP-based desktop printers for consumers and small offices. Bhopi successfully translated his leadership experience along with his access to a large, diverse talent pool of senior ex-Texas Instruments employees into creating and managing a private-sector engineering firm that has enjoyed profitable year-to-year growth.
He has also led Cyber Group to opening a successful new facility in India. While at TI‚ “we had set up a software product engineering Offshore Development Center (ODC) at TI’s Bangalore facility in India. This ODC was successfully set-up and was consistently delivering software running on multiple processors controlling complex equipment. That multi-million dollar experience is what I drew on when I set up Cyber Group's operation in Delhi, India, in 2000.”
The specialties and accomplishments of which Bhopi is most proud include:
Bhopi has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) in Bombay, India, as well as a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Tech University. He has completed coursework for a Ph.D. in computer science at the University of Texas at Austin.
