Situation

This large retail energy provider wanted to provide a web portal for its C&I Customer.

The goal was to empower customers to view and manage their account details online.

Our client also wanted to provide its customers with features to allow for both one-time payments and setting up automatic, recurring payments.

Solution

Cyber Group Implemented a web portal for C&I customers.

This new web portal allowed customers to see recent invoices and upcoming due dates as well as their energy usage history.

We also created easy access to important documents online such as their contract, past statements, and even the welcome letter.

Account details were also made available for users to update such as their billing details and the ability to make payments.
